04. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on total order quantity and the geographic destination. Evermore International is not responsible for delays caused by:

• International customs clearance processes.
• Third-party shipping carriers or logistics providers.
• Unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer as per the Incoterms agreed upon in the sales contract.

05. Product Usage & Responsibility

Buyers and end-users are responsible for the following:

• Ensuring the proper storage of cow dung products in cool, dry conditions to maintain efficacy.
• Using biodegradable bags according to the recommended weight and disposal guidelines.

06. Intellectual Property
